% 25.08.2017 The claim petition of the appellants was dismissed by the tribunal by judgment dated 15.03.2017 on the basis of admission by the first appellant Zahida Begum (PW-1) during her cross-examination that motorcycle bearing registration No.DL-6SAL-3859 had been purchased four months prior to the accident. It is the submission of the appellants that this was an inadvertent statement, which was factually incorrect. After some hearing, the learned counsel submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the appeal as the appellants seek liberty to move the tribunal by review petition.

The appeal with application filed therewith is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed.
