O R D E R

% 19.01.2017 By the present petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file a special leave petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. On a notice being issued, a status report has been filed according to which verify the fact that the mother of the petitioner is residing at H.No.749, Gali No.14, Raj Nagar, Part-II, Palam Colony, New Delhi for the last one year approximately has been verified. Thus the petitioner has roots in the society and as per the nominal roll after he was convicted by the learned Trial Court and the appeal was dismissed by this Court, the petitioner has surrendered in time.

It is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the W.P.(CRL) 3570/2016

learned Trial Court/ CMM/ Duty Magistrate, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will not leave Delhi without the prior permission of the Court concerned during the period of parole.

Petition is disposed of.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
