$~2 *
IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI
+ W.P.(CRL) 3559/2016 AMAR SINGH ..... Petitioner Through M.Biswajit Kumkar Patra, Adv.
versus STATE ..... Respondent Through Mr.Sanjay Lao, ASC for State with SI Khajan Singh, PS Paharganj.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE P.S.TEJI
O R D E R
% 17.01.2017 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition has been moved from the Jail and he has been appointed as counsel for the petitioner by Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State has placed on record an order dated 07.07.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.(CRL) 1093/2015 in which the parole was sought by the petitioner on similar ground of filing of SLP and availed three weeks time.
Now again the present petition has been filed on the same ground.
Admittedly, judgment in the present case is dated 12.05.2014 against which the SLP is sought to be filed.
It appears that the petitioner tried to use the same ground time and again when the
limitation for filing the SLP has already expired about more than two and a half years back.
In the above facts and circumstances, no ground is made out for the grant of parole. Petition is accordingly dismissed. P.S.TEJI, J JANUARY 17, 2017 dd
