% 02.12.2016 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that by the impugned order the issue of valuation of the property for the purpose of court fee has been wrongly accepted by the trial court. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise this plea before the trial court at the proper stage.
