% 28.09.2016 CM No.36099/2016 This is an application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC for recording of a compromise between the petitioner and respondent. As per the terms of compromise the petitioner has agreed to abide by the order of the Senior Civil Judge-Rent Controller dated 10.3.2015 and has further submitted that he has no objection if the Review Petition filed by the respondents being No.616/2015 is allowed and the order allowing the petition of the petitioner dated 15.10.2015 is set aside. The petitioner has also undertaken to hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the shop bearing No.31, Central Road, Bhogal, Jangpura, New Delhi-110014 on or before 14.11.2016.
Statement of the petitioner has been recorded in Court. The statement is accepted. The petitioner shall abide by the said statement. In view of the above, the order of this court dated 15.10.2015 is set aside and review petition No.616/2014 is allowed. Present petition is disposed of in view of the agreement between the parties. Dasti, as prayed.

I have entered into a settlement with the respondent terms and conditions of which are incorporated in CM No.36099/2016. The application is signed by me. I undertake to this court to vacate the property on or before 14.11.2016 and hand over vacant peaceful possession to the respondents.
