% 20.12.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the petitioners are not being disturbed by the officials of MCD, but are being harassed by the staff of ISBT, Kashmere Gate. Counsel for the petitioner submits at the outset that he has made a representation to the Chairman, DTIDC. Copy thereof has been filed at Page No. 78 of the Paper Book which has not been decided. He further submits that a fresh representation would be filed to the NDMC within two weeks as well.

He submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the

representations are decided by the competent authorities expeditiously.

The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is fair and just.

Resultantly, we direct the respondents to decide the representations of the petitioners within two months from the date the representations are received.
