For the reasons stated in the application. The application is allowed. Revision Petition is taken up for hearing today. CRL.REV.P. 507/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to prosecute the petition any further and seeks leave to withdraw the same. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
