1. Mr. R.K. Gupta and Mr. Rajinder Arya, learned counsel for the Petitioners state that Petitioner Nos. 1 to 9 have already got the relief prayed for in the petition. As far as Petitioner No.10, Mr. TN Haokip, is concerned, he has not been cleared either by the DDA or by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies ('RCS'). They state that they do not have instructions from him and are accordingly withdrawing their vakalatnama as far as Petitioner No.10 is concerned.

2. Mr. Ashwini Kumar Mata, learned Senior Advocate instructed by Mr.Karan Gaur, Advocate states that he has been instructed to appear for Mr. Haopkip. He prays for some time to place on record documents specific to his case.

3. Since no cause of action survives as far as Petitioners 1 to 9 are concerned, the Court directs that the necessary orders in their cases will be issued by the Respondents within a period of 8 weeks from today.

4. It is clarified that Mr. Haokip is at liberty to file a separate writ petition for appropriate reliefs in accordance with law notwithstanding the disposal of the present writ petition. If the plea of laches is raised in such petition by the Respondents it will be open to Mr. Haokip to advert to the fact of pendency of the present writ petition.
