IA No.3825/2018 u/S 151 CPC moved by plaintiff for clarification By way of the present application, plaintiff is seeking clarification in the order dated 11.01.2018.

Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that the amount of cost mentioned in the order dated 11.01.2018 is not in terms of the final order/judgment of the Hon'ble Court.

It is pointed out that the cost amount has been mentioned in order dated 11.01.2018 in terms of the calculation provided by the Registry. So, let a report be called from the registry regarding cost of the suit on next date of hearing.
