Appellant has filed an appeal for enhancement of the award dated 04.11.2016 passed by the learned MACT awarding compensation of Rs.8,86,939/- along with interest @ 12% from the date of filing of the claim petition.

After comprehensive discussion, it is agreed between the Learned Counsel for the parties after taking instructions from the respective parties that the appellant shall get enhanced amount of Rs. 7,00,000/- as lump sum compensation over and above the award of the learned Tribunal as full and final compensation 3.
The Insurance Company is directed to deposit the said amount of Rs. 7,00,000/- before the concerned Tribunal within a period of six weeks, failing The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. which, the same shall incur interest @ 9%. on the delayed deposit. 4.
The appellants submits that the said amount be released in favour of the appellant No.1 being wife of the deceased and other appellants being children of the deceased, have no objection to the same, in case, the money deposited is released in favour of appellant No.1. The said amount be released to appellant No.1 i.e. Gudia @ Gudiya, subject to fulfilment of all the requisite formalities.
