% 10.08.2017 The parties have settled the matter. A copy of the agreement dated 13.04.2017 entered into between the parties has been filed in the court. The Registry is directed to scan the same and to have it placed on record.
It is confirmed by the learned counsel for the parties that the entire payment in terms of the settlement/agreement has been received by the respondent including the last cheque for Rs.3.50 lacs. The learned counsel for the respondent however, submits that he accepts the last cheque of Rs.3.50 lacs subject to encashment of the same. He also confirms that on receipt of the said amount, the entire claim of the respondent as per the award as modified by the settlement/agreement would stand fully paid.
In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
