W.P.(C) 213/2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being permitted on the second floor of 331-332, Sector-15, J.J.Clony, Dwarka, New Delhi. Submission is that this is against the bye-laws of the Corporation.
On advance notice, learned counsel for SDMC-respondent no.4 has put in appearance. His submission under instructions from the Department is that action in accordance with law shall be initiated
against the alleged illegal and unauthorized construction and it shall be taken to its logical end. This statement of the respondent no.4 is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that this commitment made to this Court shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. Learned counsel for respondent no.4, in fact, submits that the action shall be completed within an outer limit of two months from today. This statement of respondent no.4 is noted. Assistance of the police (respondent no.2 and 3) shall be taken as and when necessitated. Needless to state that before any action is taken the private respondent (respondent no.5) shall be intimated. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
