There is no appearance on behalf of the appellant despite second call.

It is already 11.45 A.M. The present appeal is also barred by limitation and the reasons for delay are not sufficiently explained.

Accordingly the present appeal is dismissed being barred by limitation and for non-prosecution.

Learned counsel for the respondent has drawn the attention of this court to the fact that one of the main reasons, on account of which the claim of the appellant was rejected, was some forged election identity card of the deceased Ram Niwas. In the light of this forgery, the learned counsel for the respondent has filed an application before the tribunal for initiating perjury proceedings against the claimant,

however, the dismissal of the present appeal on the of ground nonprosecution will not be taken into consideration, while deciding the application filed by the respondent before the tribunal. V.K. SHALI, J MARCH 01, 2016 / n
