% 05.05.2017 Petitioner has prayed that respondent no.1 be directed to send the recommendation for allotment of alternative plot of 80 Sq. Yards to the respondent no.2 in view of the minutes of meeting of Recommendation Committee dated 26th January, 2016.

It is further prayed that respondent no.1 be directed to allot alternative plot of 80 Sq. Yards to petitioner at the earliest or in a time bound period.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that recommendation has already been sent to respondent no.2 on 27th March, 2017. A photocopy of recommendation letter has been placed on record. Photocopy of this letter has also been handed over to learned counsel for petitioner.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with directions to the respondent no.2 to consider this recommendation letter of respondent no.1 and take steps to allot plot to petitioner as per seniority list maintained by respondent no.2 for the said purpose.
