Of Evacuee Property', assailing the order passed subsequent upon the determination by this Court in an earlier petition being W.P.(C) 1485/2017 titled as 'Syed Waris Ali Nizami and Ors. vs. Union of India and Ors.', is pending adjudication before a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
