CRL.M.C. 2547/2017 & CRL.M.A.10608/2017 (stay) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to implead M/s. Reliance Cellulose Products Ltd. (RCPL) and Mr.Shyam Sunder Jhunjhunwala (Managing Director), M/s. Reliance Cellulose Products Ltd. as necessary party and therefore he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition, if desires, as per law.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly. All pending application(s) (if any) also stand disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti.
