% 16.03.2017 RC.REV. 11/2017 & CM No.972/2017 & 973/2017 I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has taken instructions from the petitioner and the petitioner shall file an undertaking to vacate the tenanted premises on or before 31.08.2018. Let the petitioner file an affidavit in the court undertaking to vacate the tenanted premises No.18/15, Azad Nagar, Bagh, Kare, Kishan Ganj, Delhi-110007 handing over vacant physical possession of the tenanted property to the respondent on or before 31.08.2018. In the undertaking the petitioner shall also undertake to pay the agreed rent of Rs.700/- as usage and occupation charges, electricity and water charges and not to induct any third party into the premises or cause any wilful damage to the property. The aforesaid affidavit be filed within two weeks from today. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in case the undertaking is filed

within two weeks from today the respondent shall not execute the eviction order till 31.08.2018.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present revision petition. Revision Petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
