O R D E R

% 02.02.2017 It is submitted that petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, inasmuch as, their marriage has already been dissolved by decree of divorce dated 16th December, 2016 passed by Family Courts, Rohini, New Delhi.

Petitioner nos.2 to 5 are the relatives of petitioner no.1. Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Vijay PS Vijay Vihar. She submits that she has already received the entire settled amount. She further submits that she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind the facts that petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2

have settled their disputes amicably, inasmuch as, their marriage has already been dissolved and the entire settled amount has been received, in the interest of justice, FIR No.215/2016 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Vijay Vihar is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
