% 09.05.2017 After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that appellants for the ground floor of the property no.C-91, Defence Colony, New Delhi will deposit in this Court a sum of Rs.58,239/- alongwith interest @ 9% per annum simple from the date of filing of the suit till date. While depositing this amount in this Court appellants will be entitled to benefit of adjustment of a sum of Rs.30,000/- which has already been deposited in the trial court. This amount now to be RSA No.295/2015

deposited by the appellants/defendants be deposited within a period of eight weeks from today. Whatever amount will be deposited in this Court will remain in a fixed deposit and will earn interest and will be disbursed in terms of the final judgment arising out of suit no.816/2011 titled as Col.
