At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents states that the petitioner has failed to file a copy of the order dated 06.05.2016 passed by the Competent Authority in terms of the directions issued in the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner [W.P.(C) 4025/2015] for sending him to the Indian Military Training Team (IMTRAT) at Bhutan. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that his client was never served with a copy of the aforesaid order. A copy of the order dated 06.05.2016 alongwith the covering letter dated 12.05.2016 has been furnished by learned counsel for the respondents to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of his client to challenge the order dated 06.5.2016.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is disposed of along with the pending applications.
