% 24.05.2016 The present petition has been filed under Section 397 read with Sections 401 & 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the impugned order dated 24.04.2015 vide which the Trial Court has ordered framing of charge against the petitioner/accused.

There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite second call.

It has been submitted by the learned APP for the State that the petitioner/accused has already been acquitted in the matter vide order dated 22.02.2016. Perhaps, that is the reason there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
