% 18.09.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to challenge by invoking the revisional jurisdiction in order dated 06.01.2014 of the additional sessions judge in sessions case no. 49/2013 arising out of FIR No. 299/2009 of police station Narela to the extent thereby charge for the offence under Section 174 A IPC was found made out against him and the case was transferred to the court of Metropolitan Magistrate in its wake.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, granted. Dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
