O R D E R

% 18.09.2018 The petitioners seek protection from assault upon them by respondent No. 3 as well as registration of an FIR for the alleged assaults against them by the persons mentioned in their complaint.

Mr. Avi Singh, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, submits upon instructions from Investigating Officer - SI Deepak, that indeed an FIR bearing No.237/2018 has been registered at Police Station I.P. Estate on 17.09.2018. A copy of the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the State assures the Court that nevertheless, due protection shall be accorded to the petitioners. Let it be so done.

In view of the above, the petition has become infructuous and is not pressed so.
