Issue notice. Mr. Nagarkatti accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

Learned counsel says that the respondent does not wish to file a reply as it does not object to the prayer made in the petition. 4.

This is a petition whereby extension of time for concluding arbitration proceedings and rendering an award has been filed by the petitioner. 5.

The averments made in the petition demonstrate that the learned Arbitrator entered upon reference on 11.1.2017. 6.

Furthermore, the record shows that on 10.1.2018, parties mutually agreed to extension of time by six (6) months. O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 283/2018

6.1 The said period expired on 10.7.2018.

I am informed by the counsel for the parties that the matter is at the stage of arguments.

Accordingly, the time for rendering and publishing the award is extended till 15.1.2019.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 10.
