% 02.03.2016 The settlement agreement dated 07.01.2016 arrived between the parties in mediation is placed on record. The same has been signed by the parties, their respective counsel and the learned Mediator. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.

Accordingly, the suit is disposed of as settled in terms of the agreement.

Since the suit is settled in mediation, the plaintiff is entitled to refund of the Court Fees.
