After making certain submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition but he submits that he may be given one opportunity to cross-examine DW1, DW1 and D1W2 and shall not seek any other opportunity for any reason for their cross examination. 2.

In the circumstances, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn with such liberty. The Trial Court shall grant him only one opportunity to crossexamine DW1, DW2 and DW12 on 02.11.2018. 3.

In view of the above, the pending applications are also disposed of. VINOD GOEL, J.
