% 11.07.2018 The petitioner was granted interim protection from arrest by way of an anticipatory bail on his furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/SHO concerned. He has joined investigations. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State states that the chargesheet is under scrutiny and will be filed as soon as possible. No further orders are required in the petition. The petition is disposed-off in terms of interim protection granted by order dated 30.11.2016.
