CM APPL. 30870/2019 (for modification) By way of this application, clarification of judgment of 21st March, 2018 is sought to the extent that the release of an amount deposited by appellant has to be released by appellant's banker. Despite service of advance notice, none appears on behalf of appellant.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed as prayed for. Branch Manager of State Bank of India, Dwarka Courts, Delhi is directed to release the deposit made by appellant (with interest accrued thereupon, if any) as per (Annexure-2) to this application. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
