The present application has been filed under Section 151 CPC on behalf of the appellant seeking withdrawal of the appeal. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that matter has been compromised between the parties in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 13.08.2024.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents also confirms the aforesaid fact.

The Court has also perused the aforesaid Settlement Agreement dated 13.08.2024 and is of the considered opinion that the matter has been settled between the parties without there being any force or coercion. 5.

The parties are bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 13.08.2024.
