% 22.01.2019 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, the petitioners inclined to assist the Metropolitan Magistrate by adducing such evidence as is in their possession and control for preliminary inquiry under Sections 200202 Cr.P.C. and when the case reaches the stage of Section 202 Cr.P.C. reserving the right to move an appropriate application seeking direction to the police for investigation to gather further evidence.
