Appellant, who is present in Court, submits that in case the original Fixed Deposit is handed over to him, he would encash the same and hand over the proceeds to the respondent. Let the respondent contact the appellant, through Mr. Vaibhav Vats, Advocate. The appeal already stands disposed of. We make it clear that in case the order passed today and the undertaking given by the appellant is not complied with, the respondent will be at liberty to approach this Court.
