By way of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents that the investigation of the case FIR No. 627/2015 registered at Police Station Kotla Mubarakpur under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC should be carried out by senior Police officers not less than the rank of Inspector and to provide security to the petitioners.

Today learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the remedy as per the law. 3.
