The learned counsel for the Respondent has produced a copy of the letter dated 19th September 2017 addressed to the counsel for the Revenue by the Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Circle 33(1) stating that the refund amounts have been sanctioned. She assures that the said amounts will be reflected in the Petitioner's account not later than one week from today.
