The petitioner, present in Court along with his counsel, undertakes to hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of premises bearing No.21, IHBAS Campus, Type-I, Old Colony, Delhi-110095 to the respondent on or before 01st September, 2017. The petitioner further undertakes not to create any third party interest in respect of the said premises till handing over of the possession.

The petitioner has handed over the affidavit-cumundertaking which is taken on record. 2.

The undertaking of the petitioner is hereby accepted. 3.

The writ petition and the pending application are disposed of in terms of the undertaking of the petitioner. The petitioner shall remain bound by the undertaking given to this Court.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
