% 22.04.2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"In the light of aforementioned facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed to this Hon'ble Court that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to a) direct the respondent to reweigh the goods / articles loaded for transportation in VPH No. 08840 in Train No. 12650 (NZM to YPR) by way of Digital In Motion Weighbridge as well as manually at the cost of the petitioner.

b) Any other appropriate order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the given facts and circumstances of the present case.

Railways states, after filing of the writ petition, the goods / articles have been reweighed and refund thereof has been made to the petitioner. In other words, it is his submission that the petition has become infructuous.

Noting the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, suffice it to state, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
