% 02.12.2016 W.P.(C) 11291/2016 Pursuant to the order dated 1st December, 2016, Naib Tehsildar, Alipur is present in person. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent on instructions submits that the application of the petitioner under Appendix-VI Rule 14 of the Delhi Land Reforms Rules and Order 9 Rule 13 read with Section 151 CPC shall be decided by the concerned authority within four weeks.

On the submission of Mr. V.P. Rana, that the respondent shall maintain status quo till such time the application is decided, the learned counsel for the respondent states that there is no application filed by the petitioner in that regard before the concerned authority. He also states, if such an application is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered on the next date of hearing, i.e., 6th December, 2016 by the authority concerned. His statement is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Mr. Rana does not press the

present writ petition. Same is dismissed as withdrawn. CM. NO. 44191/2016 Dismissed as infructous.
