% 22.01.2018 By this petition the petitioner had sought adding Section 354 IPC to FIR No. 156/2017 and directions to conduct a fair, impartial and expeditious investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that charge-sheet has since been filed and in the charge-sheet Section 354 IPC was not invoked though Section 376/506 IPC was invoked; he seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to take remedies as available to him before the learned Trial Court.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with leave and liberty as sought for.
