% 10.07.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the answer sheets of both the petitioners have been uploaded and the grievance of the petitioners stands satisfied not only on this count but also by the directions give by the Division Bench in W.P. (C) No.5540/2017 decided on 06.07.2017 in Areeba Hasan and Ors Vs. Central Board of Secondary Education & Others. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the answer-sheet of petitioner No.1 has been uploaded by the Department only on 07.07.2017; he had submitted his application for a revaluation on 08.07.2017 which is one date after the deadline laid down by the CBSI. That one day in view of this submission of learned senior counsel for the petitioners is accordingly

relaxed.
