% 29.08.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent after getting the bail violated the terms of the bail by making the threat. Learned counsel for the respondent on taking instructions undertakes that he will not give any kind of threat to the petitioner as well as his servant or any employees till further orders and he undertakes to give his whereabouts to the IO wherever he resides within two months. In the light of the aforesaid undertaking given by counsel for the respondent, the present petition is disposed of. The respondent is directed to hand over the address to the IO to the concerned SHO forthwith.
