O R D E R

% 27.09.2016 Present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- i) To issue appropriate writ, direction and/or orders under the facts and circumstances of the case.

ii) To direct the respondent No.1 to cancel/suspend the practice certificate D-452/2010 of the respondent No.2 and further dispose of the representation dated 12-02-2015 submitted by the petitioner within 4 weeks.

iii) Cost of petition may also be awarded in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent.

iv) Any other or further relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper be also passed in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent.

No counter-affidavit has been filed despite notices having been

accepted by respondent no.1 more than a year ago. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present writ petition be disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12th February, 2015 within a strict time-frame. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 has no objection to the same.

Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 12th February, 2015 within a period of ten weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as respondent no.2. The reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner and respondent no.2 by registered AD post.

With the aforesaid directions, present writ petition is disposed of.
