% 19.12.2016 This Court had earlier dismissed the bail application of the petitioner vide order dated 30th August, 2016 noting that the marriage between the parties was no reason to grant bail in a serious offence under Section 376 IPC. There is no change in the circumstances. The petitioner has been substantially on interim bail during this period. Petition is dismissed.
