O R D E R

Vide order dated 08th August, 2017, this Court directed State Bank of India to keep Rs.5,60,000/- in 28 FDRs of Rs.20,000/- each in the name of respondent No.3, Parwati Devi.

Vide order dated 13th September, 2017, this Court directed State Bank of India to issue five FDRs of Rs.20,000/- each in the name of respondent No.3, Parwati Devi for the period 29 months to 33 months. 3.
State Bank of India has issued 33 FDRs for Rs.20,000/- each and the details of the FDRs have been place on record at pages 133-134. 4.
Vide order dated 13th September, 2017, this Court directed UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch to issue 23 FDRs for Rs.20,000/- each in the name of respondent No.3 for the period 34 months to 56 months. 5.
Respondent No.2 is present in Court along with his counsel and he seeks pre-mature release of the 23 FDRs issued by UCO Bank, Delhi High Court on the ground that he had taken loans which have to be re-paid immediately.

On the oral prayer of respondent No.2, the order dated 13th
September, 2017 is modified and UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to pre-maturely discharge the 23 FDRs for Rs.20,000/- each issued in the name of respondent No.3 in terms of order dated 13th September, 2017 and the amount be transferred to savings bank account No.36342580008 with State Bank of India, Cinema Road, Haijpur Branch, IFSC Code:- SBIN0000088 of respondent No.3.

Since the FDR amount has been directed to be transferred in savings bank account of respondent No.3. UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed not to insist for personal appearance of respondent No.3, Parwati Devi as she is staying in Hazipur, Bihar.

This appeal has already been disposed of and need not be listed again. Pending application is disposed of.

Show cause notice issued to the Commissioner, Employees'
Compensation and State Bank of India, Tis Hazari Courts Branch on 10th April, 2018 is discharged.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
