CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE SUNITA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 29.02.2016 This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking parole for the purpose of filing SLP, however, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State has placed on record the latest nominal roll of the petitioner according to which, the petitioner has already been granted furlough for a period of three weeks i.e. from 01.02.2016 to 23.02.2016. That being so, in case the petitioner wanted to file SLP that was sufficient period.

Under the circumstances, there is no ground for grant of parole at this stage. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
