% 11.05.2016 The disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 21.03.2016 duly signed by the parties, their respective counsels and the learned Mediator is on record. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.
