% 12.02.2016 After some arguments, it has been agreed that the petitioner shall vacate the suit property within a period of 16 months from today and i.e. on or before 12.06.2017 and in this intervening period, he shall pay the admitted user charges at the rate of Rs.2,000/- per month which shall be continued to be paid by the tenant to the landlord on or before 7th day of each calendar month. Needless to state that at the time of handing over the possession of the suit property, the tenant shall clear all electricity and water charges. All these facts should be incorporated in an affidavit of undertaking in favour of the landlord which shall be filed within a period of two weeks from today with advance copy to the learned counsel for the landlord. Petition disposed of.
