O R D E R

% 06.07.2015 Petitioner seeks furlough for a period of three weeks from the date of his release.

He submits that he has remained in jail for more than ten years. Ms. Richa Kapoor appearing for the State points out that the conduct of the petitioner has not been satisfactory in jail. Nonetheless, she points out that such unsatisfactory conduct was during the year 2012 and post such conduct, the petitioner was granted parole by Bench of this Court (Annexure-B).

Status report has been filed during the course of hearing. Let it be taken on record.

The petitioner is directed to be released on Furlough for a period of three weeks from the date of communication/production of this order. The petitioner would be required to furnish a personal bond

in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount, one being either his brother or brother's wife, to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent.

During the period when the petitioner would remain out of jail, he shall not do anything which would entitle the State to have this order set aside.

The petitioner would not move out of the territorial bounds of National Capital Region.

The petitioner would furnish his mobile telephone number as well as the mobile number of the sureties to the concerned SHO of the Police Station and will indicate the place where he intends to reside. The petitioner would surrender before jail authorities on or before the date when the period of Furlough expires. Petition is allowed and is disposed of accordingly.
