% 19.09.2018 Report of Medical Officer Incharge, Central Jail No. 6 Dispensary, Tihar, New Delhi has been received which indicates that petitioner is being provided all the necessary treatment in Central Jail-06 Dispensary. She is also under regular follow up of DDUH Gyne Department. It is further noted that petitioner is also being provided special medical diet as per jail rules. It is hoped that Superintendent Jail-06 will take necessary steps to ensure that all the medical facilities are provided to the petitioner and she is taken to DDU Hospital for delivery.

Application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
