W.P.(C) 6170/2017 Counsel for the petitioner states that the impugned order stands complied with. The respondent has been granted compassionate appointment. However, counsel for the petitioner seeks waiver of costs imposed by the tribunal.

Considering the fact that the respondent was made to run from pillar to post and his case was wrongly rejected even though he was fully eligible

for being considered for compassionate appointment, we are not inclined to waive the costs.

Dismissed.
