% 31.01.2017 CRL.M.A.1717/2017 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking extension of time to deposit cost of Rs.40,000/- imposed by the Court vide order dated 25th August, 2015.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The petitioner/applicant is directed to deposit the amount before 16th March, 2017 before the Trial Court.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
