% 30.11.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being permitted at property bearing No.16/700-E, Bapa Nagar, Dhobi Wall Gali, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. It is stated that this is against all the bye-laws of the Municipal Corporation.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent/North DMC has put in appearance. His submission is that this property has been booked just yesterday i.e. on 29.11.2016; a work stop notice has also been issued; communications have also been addressed to the BSES and Delhi Jal Board to stop all essential supplies. Additional

submission is that all actions in accordance with law shall be taken and taken to its logical ends. This statement of the respondent is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that this commitment made to the Court shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
